Sales Update

The inventory of condominiums for sale in Keystone is the lowest since May of 2008. The number of condominium sales, in the prior 12 months,  is the highest that it has been since July of 2008. There is currently less than a 3 month supply of condos for sale at Keystone. There is very little new construction under way in Keystone and this should lead to continued increases in condominium prices, as well an opportunity for some sellers to finally have a strong market for selling their Keystone property.

The average sales price at Keystone is still in the $300′s, reflecting the low price point, that has been the trend for a number of years. Keystone has still not seen a major rebound in the higher priced properties, but the action continues to improve.

As far as the Wildernest and Silverthorne areas the market for condominiums is even stronger. There have been 150 sales in the past 12 months and there are currently only 17 condos for sale. This is the lowest inventory and highest number of sales since 2007.  Also, the inventory  of single family homes under $500,000 in  Dillon, Silverthorne and Keystone areas is down to 5 homes.
